Happy with product though really need to spend more time exploring its features it rather strange at first but will persist as I was recommended with the caviar that there no instant results so far so good

While I understand this isn't a large multi-national corporateion, it is surprising in 2023 to see a website so (as far as the customer interface goes) basic.
While it's simple enough to navigate, find what you need etc etc, it would be nice if it was a little easier to use, especially on mobile devices - it works, but it's quite clunky if you mis-click to get back to where you wanted to be easily.

It's all a bit difficult to understand for someone new to the device, although you've got some instructions and resources to read, things like how to use the tri phase cable and why that's better than the regular 2 channels or what the pc connection can do and how to utilise that properly a well resourced beginners guide for every aspect of the device scd accessories would be a really useful addition
Thank you for your feedback, although the device you are referring to is aimed at the advanced user where a level of understanding is expected.
