Another high quality product from E-Stim. It was delivered very quickly, considering the industrial strikes by Royal Mail. It was securely packaged. I have no hesitation in recommending E-Stim.

=Achat fait directement sur le site. Après longue hésitation, car achat depuis la France. Livraison reçue en 10 jours. Emballage discret. Très satisfait de mon achat. Pour l’instant encore des difficultés dans l’insertion du Penisplug medium, mais je suis sur la bonne voie. Bravo pour la livraison et la qualité des produits.

I don't really know which product this was for, but I'll assume the bipolar plug.
It shouldn't be possible to dismantle it by turning the base against the body. You could prevent this by keying the three parts into each other, to prevent rotation.
I know, you'd need a spanner to tighten it then, but this is a straightforward safety / convenience compromise. And you appear to have chosen convenience.
However, having a chunk of aluminium loose inside you is never convenient.

I love everything you guys offer and the quality of the products !
Only thing I find sad is that you guys are no longer in the EU and the additional taxes make them somewhat expensive !
There is no additional taxes, only small processing fees as the VAT is charged at local rates at point of entry all our prices dropped by 20% to our EU customers so some EU countries actually benefit as they have a lower rate of VAT then the UK.

The electrodes are designed to be taken apart for cleaning and given the length of the thread it would be highly unlikely that you could accidentally end up with it coming apart when in use, it has certainly not happened in the near 20 years we have made them, and we provide an allen key bolt to allow for tightening up the electrode if you are at all concerned with it.
So whilst we welcome your feedback we do not accept that this is an issue.
